About modification of the Regulations on the commission (representative) of the company, organization, organization for obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial

According to article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the commission (representative) of the company, organization, organization for obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability of June 23, 2008 No. 25, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 14, 2008 for No. 636/15327, such changes:

1.1. In the Section I:

to add Item 1.1 after the words "it is created chosen)" with the words "also is effective";

add Item 1.2 with the new paragraph of such content:

"The regulations on the commission determine the main tasks, coverage, the list of powers, the organizational principles of members of the commission (authorized) on social insurance company";

to state paragraph two of subitem 1.4.1 of Item 1.4 in such edition:

"At the companies, in organizations, the organizations where charge and salary payment, and also payment of material security for social insurance and provision of social services are performed centralized, the central commission on social insurance of the company, organization, the organization (the dalshetsentralny commission of the company) is created".

"3.4. The central commission of the company is created according to the paragraph the second subitem 1.4.1 of Item 1.4 of the Section I of this Provision. The rights and obligations, powers and the organization of work of the central commission of the company are determined by the Sections II-IV of this Provision";

to exclude subitems 3.4.1-3.4.9 of Item 3.4 and Item 3.5.

1.4. State the Section V in such edition:

"V. Resolution of disputes

The decision of the commission (representative) for social insurance of the company on appointment or refusal in purpose of material security and provision of social services can be appealed by insured person in working body of department of Fund where there is on accounting company, within 5 days from the moment of receipt of the message on such appointment or refusal that does not deprive of the right insured person to appeal on these questions to court".

1.5. In appendix to this Provision:

state Sections I, II in such edition:

"I. Appoint the help:

1. On temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth

 2. On burial                                                                   

II. Refuse appointment (to stop payment) the help:                                                                

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             ";                                                                

in the Section III in the third column of the table the word and the sign "Organic N" shall be replaced with words "Employee ID".

2. To submit to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
