About modification of Requirements to procedure for the conclusion of contracts with non-resident insurers
According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", part twelve of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", the subitem 2 of Item 10 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.02.2010 No. 157, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Bring in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of Chapter 2 of Requirements to procedure for the conclusion of the contracts with non-resident insurers approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 01.11.2007 No. 8197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.11.2007 for No. 1294/14561 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. Add subitem 1.1.1 with the new paragraph of such content:
"In case of reinsurance implementation the requirement concerning membership in the World organization of trade of the state in which the non-resident insurer is registered is not applied.".
1.2. State subitem 1.1.3 in such edition:
"1.1.3. The state in which the non-resident insurer is registered is not included in the list of offshore zones determined according to the legislation of Ukraine.".
2. To submit to department of standards of regulation and supervision of financial institutions together with department of legal providing this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
