§ 55 to state item 4 in such edition:
"4. Signs the adopted acts of the Prime Minister Cabinet of Ministers in day of holding meeting. The act adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers with amendments is drawn up in the time determined by it.";
in Item 5 of appendix 5 to Regulations of figure "40" to replace with figures "39".
