Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2008 No. 955 "About measures for price stabilization on medicines and products of medical appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 84, Art. 2825; 2009, No. 27, Art. 906; 2011, No. 68, the Art. 2607) and of August 8, 2011 No. 932 "About enhancement of state regulation of the prices of medicines and products of medical appointment which are bought at the expense of means state and local budgets" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 68, the Art. 2607) changes which are applied.

1. To state the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2008 to No. 955 in such edition:
"2) on medicines and products of medical appointment on which wholesale selling prices are included in the register of wholesale selling prices on medicines and products of medical appointment and which will be acquired fully or partially at the expense of means state and local budgets, limiting supplying and sales allowances is not higher, than 10 percent of the registered wholesale selling price taking into account duty, the value added tax and limiting trade (retail) allowances are not higher, than 10 percent of purchase price including tax on value added.".
