According to Article 14 part five "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing" I ORDER to the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of application of precautionary measures concerning the countries which do not carry out or in an inadequate way implement recommendations of the international, intergovernmental organizations involved in the field of fight against legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, or terrorism financing which is applied.
2. Declare invalid, the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of 14.07.2010 No. 110 "About the procedure of application of measures of restraint concerning the countries which do not carry out or implements inadequate image recommendations of the international, intergovernmental organizations", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.08.2010 for No. 715/18010.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Legal management of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine (Gajewski I. M.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
