About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 26, 2006 No. 329 "Questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 26, 2006 No. 329 "Questions of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 15, the Art. 145) the following changes:

in Regulations on the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. The main objective of the Ministry is development of offers on forming of state policy in the fields of tourism and sport, and also state regulation of activities and control in the field of gaming.";

1) of Item 25 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) provides realization of policy in the field of tourist activities, gaming, physical culture and sport and provides execution of acts and orders of the Minister;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
