Add Item 11 of Rules of state regulation and application of the rates for electrical and heat energy in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2004 N 109 "About pricing concerning electrical and heat energy in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 9, Art. 791; 2006, N 36, Art. 3835), paragraph of the following content:
"Regulated prices (rates) for heat energy (capacity) for the heatsupplying (heatnetwork) organization which according to the procedure of legal succession in current period of regulation acquires in full the rights and obligations of the organization performing regulated types of activity concerning sources of heat energy and (or) thermal networks are established in the amount of, equal to the rates established for the reorganized organization which was earlier performing regulated activities with use of the specified objects without opening of case on establishment of rates.".
