About some questions of transformation of the republican unitary enterprises to open joint stock companies

For the purpose of investment attraction for development of open joint stock companies:

1. Determine that:

1.1. when transforming the republican unitary enterprises according to appendix in open joint stock companies according to the plan of transformation of the republican unitary enterprises to open joint stock companies for 2011 - 2013 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2011 No. 348 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 36, 5/33513) owned by the Republic of Belarus stocks of data of societies are not subject to sale on favorable terms for money;

1.2. the measures of economic incentives of the republican unitary enterprises included in appendix to this Decree determined by the legislation keep the action concerning the open joint stock companies created in the course of transformation of the companies.

In case of sale during rendering measures of economic incentives of these measures owned by the Republic of Belarus of stocks of such joint-stock companies it is terminated.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2011 as a result of transformation of the republican unitary enterprises included in appendix to this Decree to open joint stock companies.
