1. Determine that:

1.1. coordination, the organization and holding actions for search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or the victims in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, are performed by the public aviation rescue institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (further - GAASU "AIRCRAFT");

1.2. GAASU "AIRCRAFT" has the right to raise forces and funds of republican state bodies and other organizations for accomplishment of actions for search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or the victims in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, according to the list and procedure which are determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3. two percent arrived, being at the command the republican unitary enterprise for aeronautical servicing of air traffic of Belaeronavigation, quarterly with the accruing result after tax payment, charges (duties), other payments in republican and local budgets, including to the state trust budget funds, state non-budgetary funds, and also transfers in the republican budget of part of profit according to the legislation, go this company to the republican budget and are used according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, on acquisition and servicing of means of search and rescue, financing of actions for preparation and carrying out search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or the victims in the territory of the Republic of Belarus assigned to GAASU "AIRCRAFT";

1.4. the means received by GAASU "AIRCRAFT" according to subitem 1.3 of this Item and not used for the end of accounting financial year are not subject to withdrawal and are used in the following financial year.
