About some questions of implementation in agricultural organizations of progressive technologies

For the purpose of implementation in agricultural organizations of the republic of progressive technologies of procurement of grass forages the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. National academy of Sciences of Belarus till May 1, 2012 to develop and submit for approval in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food the technical regulatory legal act containing technical requirements to processes of procurement and storage of forages in polymeric materials of agricultural purpose.

2. Provide to regional executive committees in 2012-2015 procurement of grass forages on progressive technologies in amounts according to appendix 1.

3. To the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry and the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry to organize production of polymeric materials of agricultural purpose in amounts according to appendices 2 and 3.

4. To provide to the state committee on science and technologies together with National academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Industry ministry and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food within the state scientific and technical program "Mechanization of Production of the Main Crops" for 2011-2015 development, development of serial production of perspective machines for procurement and distribution of forages according to appendix 4.
