Repeal the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 2011 No. 08-1/312 "About modification of the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2009 No. 594 "About approval of Rules of issue of the import permit, import and transit of the moved (transported) objects taking into account assessment of epizootic situation in the corresponding territory".
2. To send to development department of livestock production and veterinary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan the copy of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
