1. Establish the purchase order (procurement, delivery) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for the state (republican) needs for 2012 (further - the state order) according to appendix.
2. Determine the Belarusian national association by procurement, conversion and delivery of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (further - national association of Belvtormet) and the organizations which are its part performing activities for procurement (purchase) of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (further - scrap metal), the state customers on supply (procurement, delivery) of scrap metal for the state (republican) needs.
3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom (further - state bodies):
3.1. in two weeks:
bring to the corresponding legal entities at whom in the course of economic activity scrap metal (further - suppliers), the state order is formed and to provide control of its accomplishment, including of the conclusion by suppliers of public contracts on supply of scrap metal for the state needs (further - contracts) and delivery agreements of scrap metal for the state needs (further - agreements);
send information on the state order brought to suppliers to national association of Belvtormet;
