In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 27, 2011 N PP-1666 "About measures for targeting of due procedure in designing and construction of facilities of social and civil appointment", and also for the purpose of streamlining of the mechanism of refining of construction cost, reconstruction and capital repairs of objects in case of modification of the design estimates Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preparation and entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the conclusions on objects on which settlement (estimate) cost, according to appendix is exceeded.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
