For the purpose of ensuring financing and increase in efficiency of works on implementation of investment projects on construction of processing lines on production of cement and uglepodgotovitelny departments with transfer of the operating processing lines of production of clinker from natural gas on coal, engineering and transport infrastructure to them provided by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2008 No. 691 "About some questions of implementation of investment projects of development of the cement industry" according to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2006 "About enhancement of legal regulation of procedure for rendering the state support to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" and of June 30, 2008 No. 359 "About some questions of provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the credits issued by banks of the Republic of Belarus" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 182
1. Compensate in 2012 to the organizations according to appendix 1 at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on other expenses in the field of the industry, constructions and architecture, part of interest for using the bank loans issued:
in Belarusian rubles, - in the amount of 50 percent of the refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation;
in foreign currency, - in the amount of 50 percent of the rate on the credit determined in the corresponding credit agreement with compensation in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank for date of compensation.
2. The released funds are allocated in 2012-2013 for the purposes specified in appendix 1 to this resolution.
