About approval of the State program of assistance of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus for 2012

1. Approve the enclosed State program of assistance of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus for 2012 (further - the State program).
2. Determine:
customers of the State program Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom;
the customer - the coordinator of the State program the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
3. Determine that financing of the State program is performed at the expense of means of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population, including in the form of the subventions transferred to budgets of areas and Minsk.
4. To customers of the State program:
within the competence to exercise control over the implementation of the State program;
quarterly to the 20th following reporting quarter to submit the report on the course of its realization in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
5. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, being contractors of the State program, quarterly to the 20th following reporting quarter to provide information on the course of implementation of the State program in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
6. To the customer - the coordinator of the State program quarterly to the 25th following reporting quarter to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on the course of accomplishment of the State program.
