1. This Regulations of noise and other acoustic impacts of artificial origin in the territory of the national natural parks are developed in compliance by the subitem 12) of Item 1 of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2006 "About especially protected natural territories" and establish regulations of noise and other acoustic impacts of artificial origin in the territory of the national natural parks.
2. In this Regulations the following main terms and determinations are used:
1) acoustic impact - the infrasound of artificial origin representing chaotic fluctuations of complex spectral structure which frequency characteristics are in area of the frequencies of 1-16 hertz (further - Hz).
