For the purpose of financing of reconstruction (upgrade) and technical retrofitting of the organizations of linen industry the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Suggest Belagroprombank open joint stock company to issue in 2012-2013 to the organizations according to appendix credits to the amount of 258 billion rubles for the implementation of construction, reconstruction (upgrade) and acquisition of processing equipment provided in the complex business plan of development of linen industry of the Republic of Belarus in 2013-2015 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2013 No. 201 "About the complex business plan of development of linen industry of the Republic of Belarus in 2013-2015" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.03.2013, 5/37037), with interest payment for use of the credits in the amount of no more than 3 percent points.
2. Compensate in 2012 at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other expenses in the field of agricultural industry, part of interest for using the credits issued to the organizations specified in appendix to this resolution according to Item 1 of this resolution in the amount of 50 percent of refunding rate of National Bank.
