About some questions of development of the formula-feed industry
For the purpose of improvement of quality and growth in volumes of production of compound feeds and according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2011 "About additional measures for implementation of state programs in the field of agricultural industry" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 256
1. Compensate in 2012 to the organizations of the formula-feed industry to which the loans by Belagroprombank open joint stock companies and "Belarusbank savings bank on construction, reconstruction, capital repairs, upgrade and technical retrofitting of facilities for production of formula-feed products based on developed business plans according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2011 are granted to No. 256 "About additional measures for implementation of state programs in the field of agricultural industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 71, 1/12621), according to appendix part of interest for using bank loans at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of agricultural industry, according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by the called Decree in the amount of 50 percent of refunding rate of National Bank established for date of compensation of percent on the credits issued in Belarusian rubles in the amount of annual interest rate 5,5 - on the credits issued in foreign currency.
The funds allocated according to part one of this Item are used on replenishment of current assets of the organizations of the formula-feed industry.
2. Provide to Belagroprombank open joint stock companies and "Belarusbank savings bank on the main amount of debt of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the credits specified in Item 1 of this resolution. The payment for provision of these guarantees is made one-timely in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.
