2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

Rules of procurement of gallipot, wood juice, minor wood resources, and also zones of possible tapping of forest stands in the territory of the state forest fund

1. General provisions

1. These rules of procurement of gallipot, wood juice, minor wood resources, and also zones of possible tapping in the territory of the state forest fund (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 16) of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003 and determine procedure for procurement of gallipot, wood juice, minor wood resources, and also zones of possible tapping of forest stands in the territory of the state forest fund.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
