About approval of form of consent to departure of children abroad on rest and improvement

According to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.12.2005 No. 1251 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of departure of children abroad on rest and improvement" (with changes), for the purpose of streamlining of the organization of the direction of children on rest and improvement abroad and strengthenings of control of their return to Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve form of consent to departure of children abroad on rest and improvement which is applied.

2. (G. Zhukovskaya) to provide to department of family policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of 16.02.2006 No. 442 "About approval of the Form of consent to departure of children abroad on rest and improvement", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.04.2006 for No. 456/12330, of 16.06.2009 No. 2025 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of 16.02.2006 No. 442" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.07.2009 for No. 58916605.

5. To put control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister L. Drozdova.
