being guided by provisions of the Contract on eternal friendship between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 24, 1996,

recognizing that fight against drug trafficking and precursors requires the coordinated actions within bilateral cooperation, and performed determination to render each other necessary assistance,

aiming to develop cooperation for the purpose of suppression of such illicit trafficking, including attempts of use of the territory, airspace and territorial waters of the states for transit of drugs and precursors,

being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,
