According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", Item 5 of the Actions plan on ensuring openness and availability of information connected with use of nuclear energy and also increase in the level of culture of nuclear safety in nuclear power approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2011 No. 736-r and for the purpose of ensuring state regulation in the field of use of nuclear energy I ORDER:
1. Approve Conditions and procedure for issue of licenses for activities of officials of the operating organization which are applied.
2. To department on safety issues of nuclear installations (Shevchenko I. A.) provide provision of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman - the Chief state inspector on nuclear and radiation safety of Ukraine Gashev M. H.
