163-1.1. Loading of the large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles belonging to legal entities over the permitted parameters of dimension, weight and the weight falling on axis together with load

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of one thousand two hundred to one thousand five hundred manats, on legal entities at the rate from four thousand to five thousand manats.

163-1.2. Loading by the legal entity of large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles over the permitted parameters of dimension, weight and the weight falling on axis together with load, except for case, stipulated in Article 163-1.1 these Articles

- attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of one thousand two hundred to one thousand five hundred manats, on legal entities at the rate from four thousand to five thousand manats.

163-1.3. Loading by physical person of the large-size and (or) heavyweight vehicles belonging to it over the permitted parameters of dimension, weight and the weight falling on axis together with load, except for case, stipulated in Article 163-1.2 these Articles

- attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of six hundred to seven hundred manats.

163-1.4. The same actions which are repeatedly made within year by person who received administrative punishment

- attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons at the rate from one thousand to one thousand two hundred manats with restriction of the right to control of vehicles for a period of six months up to one year, on officials in the amount of one thousand eight hundred to two thousand manats, on legal entities in the amount of five thousand five hundred to six thousand manats.".

3. In Article 360.1 after figures "159-1," to add with figures "163-1.4".
