2. Approve programs of contract construction works for 2012 on construction, reconstruction and capital repairs: individual housing in the rural zone according to standard projects on a turnkey basis with attraction of soft mortgage loans of JSB Kishlok kurilish bank, objects of external communications and infrastructures on arrays of individual housing construction in the rural zone according to appendices No. No. 2, 2a and 2b;
objects of children's sport and gyms to schools according to priklozheniye No. 3;
swimming pools according to appendix No. 4;
children's schools of music and art according to appendix No. 5;
objects of education and health care according to appendix No. 6;
the highest educational institutions according to appendix No. 7;
