For the purpose of accomplishment of the Matrix of measures within the program of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for funding mechanism on the purposes of reducing poverty and assistance to economic growth, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Since July 1, 2003 to establish rates for realization of the imported natural gas realized by the State unitary enterprise "Tadzhikgaz" at a rate of not less than 200 somoni for one thousand cubic meters, and to increase monthly regulations of consumption for the population to 30 cubic meters by one consumer.

2. To the state agency on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Department of Energy of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State unitary enterprise "Tadzhikgaz":

- develop and approve the price list of rates for realization of the imported natural gas for all categories of consumers, proceeding from the established monthly consumption rate of natural gas;

- establish single tariff for realization of the imported natural gas for industrial and agricultural enterprises, service industries, budgetary institutions.

3. Consider No. 154 which voided the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 31, 2003 "About establishment of rates for realization of natural gas".
