1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to the Murgi Mardzhon and Murgi Hilol Open joint stock companies of the Faizabad district performing import to the Republic of Tajikistan of processing equipment and components to it from the Islamic Republic of Iran under contracts No. No. DH-04, DH-04/1, DH-05 of April 9, 2007 and No. DH-07/07 of July 13, 2007 from firms "Toyouzan Abzar With" and "ARSAM KAR Tehran Co" on the amount of 751265 Euros and 150000 US dollars, delay on customs duty payment and the value added tax for a period of 3 months from September 1 to December 1, 2007.

2. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- grant delay on condition of provision to customs authorities of providing customs payment according to the procedure, provided by Chapter 46 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- take measures for indisputable collection of the amount of delay according to requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan from the date of the delay expiration;

- provide control over target use of imported goods.

3. Enact this resolution since September 1, 2007.
