For the purpose of support of hlopkoseyushchy farms and increase in production of cotton in the republic I decide:
1. Exempt from the value added tax of supply of cotton raw of harvest of 2002.
2. To leave the rate of the 10 percent sales tax on cotton-fiber established according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2002" without change until the end of 2002.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and is effective before adoption of law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2002".
