agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties strengthen and develop cooperation in the field of tourism on the basis of equality, mutual advantage and according to this agreement, national legal systems of their states and international treaties and which participants are the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan;

The parties promote expansion of tourist exchange between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of acquaintance with life, history and culture of both people.

Article 2

The parties support closer cooperation between the state bodies of the sphere of tourism of both states and other organizations participating in development of the international and internal tourism.

Article 3

The parties promotes exchange of information about development of the tourist industry of the states and also Information on carrying out promotion companies, conferences and seminars, the organization of exhibitions and fairs.

Article 4

The parties through the state bodies of the sphere of tourism exchange the statistical data, information on the national legal system Concerning tourist activities, and activities within the international tourist.

Article 5

This agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties following from other international treaties which participants are their states
