About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part the second article 23 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (repeated publication: 2002, No. 131133, the Art. 1018), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words ", including in case of approach of finality of the stating act which establishes edition/adoption of the administrative act by them or transaction with violation of legislative provisions about conflict of interest.".

Art. II. - Part (1) article 27 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (1995, No. 56-57, of the Art. 624), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Items e) and f) the following content:

"e) published/adopted the administrative act or made the transaction with violation of legislative provisions about conflict of interest that is established by the stating act which became final;

f) are in incompatibility provision that is established by the stating act which became final.".

Art. III. - Part (2) article 12 of the Law on the Supreme council of magistracy No. 947-XIII of July 19, 1996 (repeated publication: 2003, 752), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. 186-188, of the Art. in the following edition:

"(2) the High councilor of magistracy can be deprived of powers:

a) in case of approach of finality of the stating act which establishes edition/adoption of the administrative act by it or transaction with violation of legislative provisions about conflict of interest;

b) in case of stay in incompatibility provision that is established by the stating act which became final;

c) according to the offer of Council in case of failure to carry out by it without valid excuse the obligations provided by this law.".
