About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine

1. Make such changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) in the Section IV of the Scheme of the organization and interaction of the central executive bodies approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (with the changes made by Decrees of April 6, 2011 No. 370 with the changes made by Decrees of April 6, 2011 No. 370 (370/2011), of May 12, 2011 No. 580, of July 8, 2011 No. 742, of December 19, 2011 No. 1168 and of January 19, 2012 No. 19):

a) add the Section with Item 2-1 of such content:

"2-1) through the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of Health of Ukraine:

Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine

Public service of Ukraine on medicines

Public service of Ukraine concerning counteraction ВИЧинфекции / to AIDS and other socially dangerous diseases";

b) exclude Item 10;

2) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019;

3) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019;

4) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019;

5) Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 20.06.2019 No. 419/2019;

In paragraph four of Item 12 of the word "Minister of Health of Ukraine" to replace 6) with the word "Minister".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
