About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of effective use of monetary instruments of regulation of liquidity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. Bring in the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.04.2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.05.2009 for No. 410/16426 (with changes), such changes:
1.1. Add paragraph two of Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 of the Section ІІ after the word "overnight" with the word of "blanks".
1.2. In Item 1.4 of Chapter 1 of the Section ІІІ to replace figures "30" with figures "60".
2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Kolobov Yu. V.
