RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

of January 30, 2012 No. 90

Questions of preparation and carrying out in Ukraine final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that before approval in accordance with the established procedure the specified projects and titles of structures "Reconstruction of airfield in the state company "The international airport "Lviv", "Reconstruction and construction of artificial coverings of platforms, places of parking and rulezhny paths in the utility company "The international airport "Donetsk", "Reconstruction of air terminal complex in the utility company "The international airport "Donetsk", "Construction of Stadium on Ulitsa Stryyskoy — the Belt Road in Lviv", "Reconstruction existing and construction of new objects of the National sports Olympic complex on Ulitsa Krasnoarmeyskaya, 55 (Kiev)" financing of the expenses connected with payment of installation and construction works, and acquisition of the equipment respectively for reconstruction of airfield in the state company "The international airport "Lviv", reconstruction and constructions of artificial coverings of platforms places of parking and rulezhny paths, in the utility company "The international airport "Donetsk", reconstruction of air terminal complex in the utility company "The international airport "Donetsk", constructions of stadium on Ulitsa Stryyskoy - the Belt road in Lviv, reconstruction existing and constructions of new objects of the National sports Olympic complex on Ulitsa Krasnoarmeyskaya, 55 (Kiev), is performed according to appendix 2 to the State target program of preparation and carrying out in Ukraine of the final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2010 No. 357 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 39, Art. 1297; 2011, No. 27, Art. 1132).

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Of final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer and implementation of infrastructure projects to give to the national agency concerning preparation and carrying out in Ukraine till March 31, 2012. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure the specified projects and titles of structures specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 3 of the Approval procedure of titles of structures (objects) which construction is performed with attraction of budgetary funds or means of the companies of state-owned property, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of September 8, 1997 No. 995 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 37, page 17; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1466; 2008, No. 34, Art. 1147; 2011, No. 17, of the Art. 710, No. 24, of the Art. 1001, No. 41, of the Art. 1676, No. 79, of the Art. 2909), words and figures "and constructions of the center of administrative and business aircraft of the utility company "International Airport Donetsk" and the state Company "Directorate on Construction of Facilities to EURO 2012 in Lviv" for construction object of stadium for Ulitsa Stryyskoy-Koltsevoydoroge in Lviv" it is temporary before approval of titles based on the modified projects" shall be replaced with words also in figures", constructions of the center of administrative and business aircraft, reconstruction and construction of artificial coverings of platforms, places of parking and rulezhny paths in the utility company "The international airport "Donetsk", the state Company "Directorate on Construction of Facilities to EURO 2012 in Lviv" for construction object of stadium for Ulitsa Stryyskoy-Koltsevoydoroge in Lviv and object of reconstruction of airfield in the state company "The International Airport "Lviv" Temporarily before Approval of the Specified Projects and Titles of Structures".

2. Item 8 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2004, No. 13, Art. 891, No. 36, Art. 2403; 2007, No. 41, Art. 1624; 2010, No. 7, Art. 333, No. 39, Art. 1307, No. 92, Art. 3275; 2011, No. 41, the Art. 1693, No. 71, the Art. 2684, No. 79, the Art. 2909, No. 101, the Art. 3703) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Action of this Item regarding representation of title of structure (object) or title of transitional structure (object), intra construction title of structure (object), title on accomplishment of design and exploration work for construction does not extend to the state company "The national sports Olympic complex for object of reconstruction existing and constructions of new objects of the National sports Olympic complex on Ulitsa Krasnoarmeyskaya, 55, the state company "Directorate on capital construction and reconstruction of the International airport "Donetsk" for objects of reconstruction of air terminal complex (construction of the new terminal, including parking and barrier), reconstruction and constructions of artificial coverings of platforms, places of parking and rulezhny paths in the utility company "The international airport "Donetsk", the state Company "Directorate on Construction of Facilities to EURO 2012 in Lviv" for construction object of stadium for Ulitsa Stryyskoy-Koltsevoydoroge in Lviv and object of reconstruction of airfield in the state company "The International Airport "Lviv" before Approval of the Specified Projects and Titles of Structures or Titles of Transitional Structure (Object) (in Case of Need).

3. In appendices 1 and 2 to the State target program of preparation and carrying out in Ukraine the final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2010 No. 357 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 39, Art. 1297; 2011, No. 27, Art. 1132, No. 39, Art. 1600, No. 41, Art. 1676, No. 54, Art. 2149, No. 61, Art. 2449, No. 75, Art. 2798, No. 88, Art. 3203; 2012, No. 1, Art. 24, No. 4, Art. 149):
