In case of implementation of educational programs irrespective of forms of education electronic training, remote educational technologies according to the procedure, established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of education can be applied.
Electronic training is understood as the organization of educational process using information containing in databases and used in case of implementation of educational programs and information technologies providing its processing, technical means, and also information and telecommunication networks providing transfer on communication lines of the specified information, interaction of participants of educational process.
