Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out public discussion of drafts of the Federal constitutional Laws and the Federal Laws.

Rules of carrying out public discussion of drafts of the Federal constitutional Laws and Federal Laws

1. These rules determine procedure for carrying out public discussion with use of the Internet of drafts of the Federal constitutional Laws and Federal Laws drafted by federal executive bodies according to the plan of bill activities of the Government of the Russian Federation, orders of the Russian Prime Minister or the Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia mentioning the main directions of state policy in the field of social and economic development of the Russian Federation (daleezakonoproyekta).

2. The federal executive body according to the plan of bill activities of the Government of the Russian Federation introduces in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation the bill concerning which carrying out public discussion is provided.

In addition to the materials specified in Item 84 of Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation the documents containing information on the experts involved when carrying out public discussion from number of persons employed of the specified federal executive body and representatives of the organizations are attached to the bill.
