5.2 (1).3. procedure for forming and maintaining by the licensing body of the register of licenses for television broadcasting, broadcasting;

5.2 (1).4. procedure for submission to the licensing body by the telecom operator performing broadcast of TV channels and (or) radio channels per the contract with the speaker, the information about such speaker;

2. Realization of the powers provided by this Resolution is performed within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications, and also within the budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
