files on behalf of the Russian Federation petitions for state registration of the property right of the Russian Federation to the parcels of land necessary for placement of objects of air transport of federal property, including airfields, the airports, objects of single system of air traffic management, objects of the communication systems, other buildings and constructions providing use of objects of air transport, and also property right of the Russian Federation to the specified objects of air transport which is recognized (arises) according to the Federal Laws.".
