1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for consideration of requests for provision of subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on realization of the additional actions directed to decrease in intensity in the labor market of subjects of the Russian Federation, and selection of the regional programs providing additional actions for the purpose of distribution of subsidies between budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation in 2012.
2. Assign the organization of consideration of requests which procedure for consideration is approved by Item 1 of this order to Department of employment and labor migration.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care and social development of the Russian Federation M. A. Topilin.
