become effective from the moment of their signing (approval) if acts do not establish other term and procedure for entry into force.

Publication of the acts of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation recognized by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation not needing state registration, in the magazine "Culture: management, economy, the right" and on the official site of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation to consider them the official publication.
