1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2006 No. 142 "About approval of the Instruction about order of registration and accounting of external state loans (credits)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 204, 8/15435) the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about order of registration of the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and accounting of the external public debt and external debt guaranteed by the Republic of Belarus";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about order of registration of the external state loans and external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and accounting of the external public debt and external debt guaranteed by the Republic of Belarus.";
To be reworded as follows the instruction about order of registration and accounting of external state loans (credits) approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
