"airspace" - airspace over the overland territory, including over internal waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation both the overland territory and internal waters of the Kyrgyz Republic;
"military bodies for use of airspace and air traffic control" - the bodies of the Parties performing the organization of use of airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation;
