About modification of the Regulations on features of implementation of activities for asset management of institution investors
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of realization of the provisions of the law of Ukraine of 02.06.2011 No. 3462-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of the markets of financial services" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.11.2006 for No. 1252/13126, to add the Section IV of Provisions on features of the implementation of activities for asset management of institution investors approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 02.11.2006 No. 1227, with new Item of such content:
"5. KUA or person who performs activities for asset management of institution investors and is financial institution shall, to the conclusion with the client of the agreement on provision of financial service, in addition provide it information according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the market of financial services" taking into account the consumer protection law.".
2. Cancel the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of 12.01.2012 No. 18 "About modification of the Regulations on features of implementation of activities for asset management of institution investors".
