According to the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of separate compensation payments to the military personnel of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine and to members of their families I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about compensation payments to the military personnel and employees of personnel structure of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families approved by the order of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of 16.07.2009 No. 141, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 12.10.2009 for No. 950/16966, which are applied.
2. To inform the staff of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of the order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
