According to the Item 1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine and Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 08, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the form of the tax declaration on the value added tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 25, 2011 No. 1492 "About approval of forms and the Procedure for filling and submission of tax statements on the value added tax" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 20, 2011 for No. 1490/20228 (further - the Order), such changes:

1.1. 16.3 Sections ІІ to state the name of line in such edition:

"adjustment of the tax credit on delivery of agricultural products or self-produced products of processing enterprise in customs regime of export (12.3 declarations (reduced) or lines 12.3 declarations (processing enterprise) are transferred from line) (+)".

1.2. In the name of the office field of column 8 of the table 2 of appendix 7 to the tax declaration on the value added tax approved by the Order to replace letter "A" with letter "B".

2. Bring in form of the tax declaration on the value added tax (processing enterprise) and form of the specifying calculation of the tax liabilities for the value added tax in connection with correction of independently revealed mistakes (concerning activities according to Item 1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX of the Code) (further - forms), the approved by the Order, such changes:
