About approval of the Regulations on interdepartmental council on bankruptcy
For the purpose of realization of the approved state policy in the field of bankruptcy, implementation of integrated approach in questions of initiation of process of bankruptcy concerning large, economically and business entities, socially important for the republic, and also in pursuance of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 15, 2001 of N484-r, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on interdepartmental council on bankruptcy.
2. Determine Management for bankruptcy under the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property of executive body of interdepartmental council on bankruptcy.
3. To the chairman of interdepartmental council on bankruptcy quarterly to represent to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic the report on work of this council.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of economy, investments and regional development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
