According to Articles 312, 313 Customs codes of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 08.04.2011 No. 446, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for adoption of provisional solutions about classification and the coding of goods according to UKTVED which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine:
of 04.04.2005 No. 238 "About approval of the Procedure for adoption of provisional solutions concerning classification and the coding of goods in UKTVED", registered in the Ministry of Justice 28.04.2005 for No. 449/10729;
of 05.03.2007 No. 187 "About introduction of amendments to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 04.04.2005 No. 238", registered in the Ministry of Justice 22.03.2007 for No. 258/13525.
3. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of classification of goods and measures of regulation of foreign trade activities of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Gutnik A. E.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
