1. These requirements to procedure for examination of quality of grain and issue of the quality certificate of grain (further - Requirements) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2001 "About grain" and determine requirements to procedure for examination of quality of grain and issue of the quality certificate of grain.
2. In these Requirements the following basic concepts are used:
1) area of accreditation - officially acknowledged objects of assessment of conformity to which accreditation extends;
2) grain batch - amount of grain of one name (type), homogeneous on quality, intended to simultaneous acceptance, shipment and (or) storage, drawn up by one quality certificate;
