3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the policy of compulsory medical insurance for the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are independently paying fees on compulsory medical insurance" of October 31, 2001 to No. 675.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social security, health care, work and migration of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
