About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The general technical regulation on providing ecological safety in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The general technical regulation on providing ecological safety in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 468) the following changes and amendments:

1. To state part 3 of Article 17 in the following edition:

"3. Categories of danger are determined for each company separately by emissions, dumpings and placement of waste according to appendix 2 to this Law. At the same time the indicator the COP for the purpose of establishment of frequency of the reporting and control is determined by the highest category of danger.".

2. In appendix 1 to this Law:

add Item 7 with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) foundry and metal-rolling productions.";

add Item 11 with subitems 5-8 of the following content:

"5) production of wine and vodka products;

6) alcohol production;

7) beer production;

8) production of canned food.";

add appendix with Items 24 and 25 of the following content:

"24. Gas stations.

25. Car repair shop and pre-sale preparation of motor transport.".

3. To state the table 3.2 "Category of Danger of the Subject of Economic and Other Activity depending on the Calculated Size COP" of appendix 2 to this Law in the following edition:

4. To state line 1.2 of appendix 3 to this Law in the following edition:

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
