1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2009 No. 906 "About approval of Rules of determination of limit of government debt and debt of local executive body, limits of provision of the state guarantees and guarantees of the state" the following changes:

The central authorized body on state planning determines limits of provision of the state guarantees and guarantees of the state for the corresponding financial year by formulas according to appendix 3 to these rules and submits for consideration of the Republican budget commission relevant proposals on limit of provision of the state guarantees and guarantees of the state for the corresponding financial year.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
