1. Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to radio engineering objects" (further - Health regulations) determine sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to content and operation of radio engineering objects, their placement, working conditions, and are intended for legal entities and physical persons which activities are connected with placement and operation of radio engineering objects.
2. Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements are directed to prevention of harmful effects on people of the electromagnetic radiations created by radio engineering objects and radio-electronic means.
3. Requirements of these Health regulations do not extend to means of overland mobile radio communication, means of sea, river, air and other transport mobile radio communication.
